ABOUT ME

I grew up in western Canada, in the breathtaking land of horses, expansive green foothills, shimmering lakes and rivers, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. I have an intense love of animals, music, nature, and travelling. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Counselling Psychology; academics and continuous learning have always been of great importance to me. Raised Catholic, I left organized religion as a young adult. The early religious influences and scientifically-based background of academia has made my spiritual and metaphysical awakenings an incredibly interesting journey. I have had to open my awareness and expand to a degree that I never imagined possible, and I continue to experience so many things that are yet to be explained by our (limited) human plane!

 

My metaphysical abilities were not with me from birth, and they do not run in my family; they came on quite suddenly following the loss of three immediate family members, two close friends, two of my beloved dogs, and a period of time when I came very close to my own death due to Lyme Disease. It was soon after this darkest night that the Universe suddenly threw its doors open in front of me and I experienced a major spiritual transformation: I was suddenly able to see, hear, feel, know, and even smell messages and signs from the Spirit world. I have devoted myself to this calling, my soul-path, and there isn't a moment when I am not incredibly grateful, humbled, and in awe of the world of Spirit. ​

I often write down the messages I receive from Spirit on Post-it notes and stick them on the wall above my desk. As I type this, I am drawn to one that

says, "Your UNIQUENESS is your STRENGTH!" Let us never forget this, and may our uniqueness bring us closer together as we navigate this sacred journey that is life.
